# Panhou Retreat

> Panhou Retreat is an eco-friendly mountain sanctuary nestled in the highlands of Hoang Su Phi, Tuyen Quang Province, Northeast Vietnam. The retreat features 40 private eco-bungalows and one three-bedroom villa, all built from natural materials — bamboo, wood, and stone — and harmoniously integrated into the surrounding forest and terraced rice landscape. Panhou Retreat is inspired by the ancient Dao legend of Ban Vuong (Bàn Hồ), the revered ancestor of the Red Dao people, and is dedicated to immersive nature, culture, wellness, and sustainable highland tourism. The retreat is available in English, Vietnamese, and French.
