If the actual number of guests (including children) upon check-in exceeds the number stated in the booking confirmation, an additional charge may apply according to the resort’s policy.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms. In case of violation, a cleaning or penalty fee will be charged in accordance with the resort’s current regulations.
Tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaping liquids, and smokeless tobacco, are only permitted in designated smoking areas.
For your comfort, outdoor smoking areas are available within the resort. Please contact our staff for assistance.
Personal Belongings
Guests are advised to lock their doors and safeguard personal belongings at all times. The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables or personal items left in guest rooms.
Resort Facilities
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort property or facilities. Penalty fees will be applied in accordance with the resort’s regulations.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the resort.
Privacy and Noise
Drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and any sound equipment causing noise or disturbance to other guests are strictly prohibited.
Safety Regulations
Cooking, bringing cooking equipment, or strong-smelling food into guest rooms is not allowed. A penalty fee will apply in case of violation.
Fireworks, flammable materials, explosives, narcotics, or other prohibited substances are strictly forbidden within the resort premises.
For safety and environmental reasons, guests are not allowed to climb, swim, or wade in the waterfalls within the resort area. Violation of these rules will result in penalties according to the resort’s policy.
Panhou Retreat bears no responsibility for any accidents or injuries resulting from failure to comply with these safety regulations.
Child Safety
Due to the resort’s natural landscape of hills, streams, and waterfalls, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children under 16 years old throughout their stay.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available within the resort.
Sustainability and Environment
Panhou Retreat is surrounded by diverse natural scenery — mountains, waterfalls, ponds, and crystal-clear streams. Please note that the resort cannot be held responsible for any incidents or risks arising from guests’ failure to follow safety instructions provided by Panhou. Our mission is to create a sustainable environment for our guests, staff, and the local community. The use of single-use plastics or any behavior that negatively impacts the environment is strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
Check-in and Check-out Time:
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Any request for an extended stay must be made in advance with the front desk.

All visitor information must be provided to the reception team, including the number of visitors, full names, arrival time, and departure time.
Visitors are required to leave their identification card (ID or passport) with the security department upon arrival.
Visitors are only allowed access to public areas within the retreat and are not permitted to enter guest rooms.
Registered guests are kindly requested to meet their visitors at the lobby area.
Visitors may stay on the premises free of charge for up to two (2) hours. Stays exceeding two hours will incur a fee in accordance with the retreat’s current policy. All applicable charges will be added to the room bill of the registered guest.
All visitors must leave the retreat by 5:00 PM.
Panhou Retreat does not allow third parties such as professional photographers, beauty specialists, entertainers, or similar organizations to enter, conduct photo shoots, or perform activities within the premises without prior approval and a formal agreement from Panhou Retreat
Booking and Deposit Terms
By making a reservation with us (the owner or the owner’s representative), you — the lead guest and your booking companions (the guests) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. During your stay, you also agree to abide by any additional policies set forth by Panhou Retreat. If you have any questions about your booking, please contact us before confirming your reservation.
Booking Procedure
To make a reservation at Panhou Retreat, the lead guest must be at least 18 years old. The maximum number of guests per room is specified in the Room Policy or on the official Panhou Retreat website. If the person making the reservation is not the same as the lead guest, the booking holder may be held responsible for any cancellation fees, no-shows, or damages as stipulated by Panhou Retreat.
Only the lead guest and registered guests are permitted to use Panhou Retreat’s facilities. Any third-party visitors may access the property only with prior, explicit authorization from us.
Payment can be made online or via bank transfer. The lead guest must reimburse any bank charges incurred for declined credit card transactions or failed transfers within seven (7) days of notice.
Guests of Panhou Retreat are expected to respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any booking if this agreement is violated or if the guest causes disturbance or inconvenience to others.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests wishing to cancel a reservation are requested to contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations will be processed according to the retreat’s cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase suitable travel or cancellation insurance if necessary.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 20 days before arrival: No charge.
- Cancellation from 19 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellation from 9 to 4 days before arrival: 70% of total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellation within 3 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total booking amount will be charged.
In the rare case that we must cancel your booking, please note that we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control. Our liability to you will be limited to the full refund of any payments already made.
